Not sure what to say?

I thought of Rich and looked him up, very saddened to hear of his passing. I´m sorry to say that we lost touch after the Summer of 1988 when we worked together on LBI. Rich was a special guy, and I can only imagine how much he is missed by his family.

Rich Nocella was a great teacher and a good man. I had the pleasure of being Mr. Nocella's student at Valley Forge High School. I ran into him at a bar down the shore years later buying a six pack. He was tending bar and I hope I remembered to thank him then for the impact he had on my junior high school life. Mr. Nocella had a wicked sense of humor which made class very fun. I spent a lot of time in detention with Mr. Nocella. He is missed.

Karen, I am so sorry for your loss. I hate that so much time has passed since i have seen you and Rich. He was a wonderful person and I can't stop thinking about him. He always made me laugh and it was a pleasure to have known him. I will keep you and your children in my thoughts and prayers.

I was really sad to hear about Mr. Nocella. He was the coolest teacher and really down-to-earth. He made a big impact on all of this students and will be missed. He was one of my favorite teachers at Hill Top and also was an amazing couch ... in sports and life.

It saddens me that he will not be able to inspire anybody else, however he did inspire and help many students and was really loved.

My deepest sympathy to the Nocella family.

We are all really shocked and very saddened to hear the news of Mr.Nocella passing.
He was friendly and a pleasure to talk to.
He made doing business with him a pleasure.
My greatest memory of him was when he talked about how he met his wife Karen; you could see his eyes light up as he spoke.
My sincerest condolences to the Nocella Family.
Mr. Nocella was consider a family member of the Access Group and will be greatly missed.

Our Prayers and thoughts...

I am sad and socked to hear Mr. Nocella is no longer here. He was also one of my favorite teachers at Hilltop. He had a special nickname for me "Grouch" that still applies...
I will miss him and I'm so sorry for the loss to his family.
He also used to tell me "Life isn't fair" and how true that is.
May you rest in peace Noce I love you xoxoxoxo
