Not sure what to say?

Dear Laura, I recently learned of Rich's passing. My heart goes out to you and your family. May he rest in eternal peace. My heartfelt sympathy. Carita

I was introduced to Richard at his Black History Program at Time Warner Bldg In Manhattan,,a really wonderful experience!!!

My condolences to the family. Mr. Parsons opened many doors in his life time. Thank you.

I am so deeply sad to hear of Dick's passing. I met him in 1977 when I joined Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler as a 19 year old legal secretary. He was always such a pleasant, friendly, great guy. I also worked closely with Harry Albright, a great friend of Dick's, at the time that Dick left the Firm, went to the Dime, and Harry left the Dime and joined PWBT. My heart is sad to know he's gone, but he made such a huge contribution to this world and will always be loved and remembered. God bless...

His elegance, wit, and brilliance will be missed. A statesman, a diplomat, a strategist like no other. I was blessed to share time with him, I´m better for it.

Mr. Parsons simply showed up -as he wanted to simply honor him and thank him for encouraging and giving him a p/time job while he was a student. Mr. Parsons talked about how knowing...

Dear Mrs. Parsons, family, and friends, As I mourn the passing of Mr. Parsons with you, I pray your hearts soon will be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived with a smile on your face before a tear falls. I carry the family in my prayers always. Blessings, Sharon Jervis

This man was a special human being that I was blessed to work for in the mid-80 & 90s at The Dime as one of seven minority LPRs that grew the Dime tremendously. We reported to Dick who took the time to personally know each of us. He had a brilliant mind . . . . a true pioneer in business who taught me a lot but always remaining humble, kind, compassionate, and daring to go where no one (particularly a man of color) had gone before. I sent my heartfelt condolences to his family and he will...

We lost a good man but he lived his life and lived it good
