Not sure what to say?

He was a great teacher! The class of 1996 loved Mr. Paulhus!! Awesome personality, kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, humorous... The epitome of the perfect teacher!! Wish we'd told him when he was alive...

He was magnificent person and educator

So sorry to hear of the passing of such a great man. He was my driver ed teacher. He was so calm. My second day driving he had me take the wheel on Washington Street in Boston. I think I ran over a teddy bear. He told a panicked 16 year old not to worry, it was only a stuffed animal. He did a great job teaching me how to drive. 45 years later I am proud to say that I have never gotten a ticket! People tell me I drive like an old lady and I always tell them "No, I drive like the perfect driver...

Maureen and family, we are so sorry to hear of your loss! We will keep you in our prayers during this sad time. Remember that he will forever be in your heart!

Jeff, I'm so sorry for your loss..thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Maureen and family, I was saddened to learn of Dick's passing. I worked with Dick for thirty years at Medway High, not only was he a great teacher, but also a great human being. He went above and beyond for the students of Medeay as a class and yearbook advisor as well as member and then chairman of the scholarship committee. I remember the twinkle in his eye, his great laugh, and his endless supply of puns! He was one of a kind. He will be missed. Dianne Tattersall

I am so sorry for your loss. He was a good teacher, and most importantly he was a good man. His sense of humor was always evident. Bonne nuit Monsieur Paulhus.

I was one of Mr. Paulhus' students 35+ yrs ago. I have nothing but fond memories of avery kind man who also happened to be a wonderful teacher. I shall miss bumping into him at the store and spitting out....."Bon jour M. Paulhus" Rest in peace and condolences to the Paulhus family.

Farewell Mr Paulhus! Because of you, I can both drive a car and order off a menu in French. I have such fond memories of your kindness and humor. May you rest in peace.
