Peggy, so sorry to hear about my handsome cousin! He was so special to me! I wish I could make his service but I´m flat on my back in rehab from back surgery on may 3rd in Plano! RL was an amazing CASA impact along with his wife. They impacted the lives of many children in Bexar county and often took on large sibling groups. His legacy will live on in the hearts of the children and families he served.
