I worked with Rich for many years at the USAO. He was a gentle soul. I loved stopping by his office for a chat, he had a terrific perspective on difficult issues and always found the right solution. I will miss him.

Rich was like family to me. We spoke on the phone recently, on the eve of the NBA draft. We were both excited to know the Sixers were gonna get the No. 1 pick.
Obviously, the news of his passing has been a shock and a deep spiritual wound.
I want Laura and the children to know they can count on Uncle Ski and Aunt Sara for anything they might need, if it be in our power to provide it. Call on us ANY time.
I especially want Isabella, Tallia and Orion to know...Your father...

I am so saddened by the passing of Rich. I am a former co-worker of Rich's and enjoyed working with him. He was always pleasant, helpful and supportive. My deepest condolences to the family and his friends who are mourning his loss at this time. May you find peace and comfort in the fond memories you hold of him! God bless.
