Not sure what to say?

Rand was such a wonderful person. He was a very supportive and caring individual. He will be dearly missed on this earth. My heart and prayers are with his family.

We were deeply saddened to hear of the loss of such a great man, husband, and father. May God heal all wounds, and leave the good ones for all time. Thank you for sharing this beautiful video.

My thoughts and prayers with the Rock family.

I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Thier love leaves an idelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love.

Rock - you left a great impression on me. I love the way you tell stories - humor for you is an understand. Your jovial spirit is one I will always remember.

You have fought the good fight, you have finished your race and have kept the faith. 2 Timothy 4:7

May god bless you and your family..

Rand and Chris had so much in common as both being military men and...

The Federal Government lost one of its greatest mentors.
Rock left behind a strong legacy in Washington and across the country. He brought civility, decorum and practicality to just about everything he touched. There are thousands of men and women in this country who, in terms of the programs that they operate, the education and training they received, are in many ways being touched by Rand Rock. Those who knew him and worked with him can always say that Rock was always good for morale....

My good friend and a great mentor.
