Today marked 8 years since we adopted Millie from CARE and in looking to reach out to thank you for bringing her into our lives, I learned of Rich's passing. We are so deeply sorry for your loss and will be keeping you and your entire family in our thoughts and prayers.

Marianne - our deepest condolences to you and your family. We loved Rich. Every time we saw him at the shop, we would leave learning something new about the business and the "magic" he created on a daily basis. Shortly after 9/11, we had some U.S. flags we wanted cleaned. When we came to pick them up and pay for the work, he said there was no charge. We were stunned. He said it felt unpatriotic and wrong to charge someone to bring a U.S. flag back to it's original glory. I almost cried...
