Frances and Jerry Freeman

Always one to make you feel like the most special person he knew, his kind and gentle nature could only be matched by his quiet dignity. We'll miss you Uncle Dick, tell mom we still miss her too.

Big Brother & "Sissy"

Dick was an impressive "big brother"; brillant student, military hero, influential and important senior governmental executive! But most of all he was a fun guy to be around and to talk with.He never allowed his intellect to get in the way of his compassion and friendship. The world IS a better place because of his presence.
R. Lee Schwarzentraub

So sorry for the loss of this wonderful man. Some of my fondest childhood memories were the times I spent with him.

Ann, I will never forget Mr. Shepherd's kind and caring ways as my boss at SSA. I am truly sorry for your loss and will pray for God's peace and comfort for your family.

Ann, So sorry to hear of Dick's passing. What a guy! Our parayers are you in your sorrow.

Hi Ann, We regret the passing of your dear husband, and trust that the Lord will give you peace. Your friendship with Nancy over 60 years has been most memorable, and Nancy was so blessed to have a dear and close friend like you. WE shall be praying for you. May God bless in the Memorial Service coming up. We hope to be there if at all possible.
Nancy sends her love, and I too!
Lou and for Nancy too.
