Richard C. "Dick" Shugarts

I am very sorry to hear Dick has passed away. We worked together for r a short period of time in Punxsutawney and at the airport. Dick was always professional and represented himself as a very dedicated individual, no matter what he was doing. He often was getting me caught up on what the family was doing, I believe it was the grandson swimming around the Statue of Liberty that we talked about at length.
