Not sure what to say?

Dick and I were the closest of classmates in law school and then, years later, practiced law together in Clayton. After that we went to lunch at least annually to catch up, and played tennis occalsionally. Obviously, i considered Dick one of my best -- and most important -- friends for the larger part of my -- and his -- lifetime. So i was terribly saddened to hear of his death, and even moreso because i learned of it late -- on 12/14. Indeed, I was planning to call him and renew our not...

Richard was a wonderful guy . I was his health insurance agent and was very fond of him . He was just a kind caring loving person who made a difference ! I will miss talking with him . Steph

Richard was a long time friend. He seemed ageless and always content. Very sad to hear of his passing.

My deepest condolences to Richard´s family. He was a gracious, thoughtful and gentle man. A favorite memory is of spending a Christmas Day goose dinner at his cousin´s home--a day filled with laughter, kindness and joy. Richard was truly a steady light in a dark time. His deep wisdom and understanding was remarkable. May we all find peace in knowing he touched so many lives and will live on in our hearts.

I´ll miss my wonderful "fave". Sending my deepest sympathies to Rick, Steve and families and much love, huge hugs and many prayers for peace and healing. Cousin Bev

A friend for 42 years, Richard will be missed. My sympathies go to his children and grandchildren. Peace.

Such a sad surprise to learn about Richard´s passing. I considered Richard a very close friend-we shared many happy times together like playing Sunday after-church golf at Scott Air Force Base in August afternoon heat and loving it. I will miss Richard and always cherish fond memories of him and his great nature.

Condolences to Richard´s family and friends - may Peace be with you. I will miss Richard, someone with whom I felt a kindred spirit. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.

Wayne and Barbara Warneke send their sympathy, thoughts and prayers to Richard´s family. Will miss seeing him at Webster Hills and The Gathering.
