Not sure what to say?

I met Bishop Stika, several years ago, through my late brother, Tom. May he Rest in Peace!!

My condolences go to Bishop Rick's family, friends and parishioners. I met him at the St. Louis police's Citizens Academy when he was a young priest in the St. Louis Archdiocese. He was friendly and eager to learn, so I wasn't surprised to see him rise in the hierarchy. I enjoyed running into him at various local events over the years. Wonderful man.

Bishop Stika was an incredible man of faith for me going up in the Mary Queen of Peace Parrish. He' celebrated my 1st Reconciliation, 1st Communion, Confirmation Sponsor, and celebrated my wedding . Connecting me with Pope John Paul II will always be a cherished memory. Please look over our delicate world and know you will always have a special place in the hearts of the Fitzpatrick family. Rest in peace.

Msgr. Stika and Archbishop Rigali were truly a match made in Heaven. St. Louis is forever in its debt.

Cousin Rick, you are in your heavenly home now with your family. May you rest in peace. Karen & Mike Stratman
