My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I' met Rick through Reel Recovery and his courage was an inspiration to all of the lives he touched.

May the Lord watch over you and keep you, may His face shine upon you. The Holy Spirit is our comforter in our time of need. May He cover you in his arms and love.

Dear Lucy and Family,
I'm truly sorry to hear of Rick's passing. Although I haven't had any contact with you all these years, I have thought of yous quite often. Memories of my high school years with Rick reminds me of his quick smile and outsanding personality. There is no doubt we have lost a giant among men. I wish you all the best.

Hey, Goose and boys... I am so sorry for your loss and at the same time glad the suffering is over. As a cancer survivor, I am amazed at and thankful for Rick's courage and tenacity.

Lucy, Brandon, Kyle, and the entire "Strouse" family,
I was so sorry to hear about Rick. I didn't realize he had cancer. I'm just remembering the great times we all had at Andale High a "few" years back. As a teacher, some kids are just more fun than others; Rick would be in the top category.

Micky has been my best friend for 30 years, and through the years I've gotten to know Rick and Lucy. I have always admired their obvious love for each other and am very saddened at Rick's passing. Please know that my love and prayers are with all of you.
