Hi, I am Richard's cousin, Rhea (Warner) Fugal. I used to love spending summers in Milford enjoying the company of Aunt June and Uncle Dick and playing with Jeannie and Richard. Richard was one of the graduating class of 1960 from Milford Utah. I remember Richard as fun loving and kind hearted and he always had a smile. I am sure that none of you will know who I am but I used to babysit Richard and Jeanne when we all lived in Milford, Utah as neighbors. He was such a cute little blonde guy running around just like he was as big as his daddy. His sister, Jeanne, was my little doll and later I named my little blonde baby after her.
