Richard was an enviable person. He was courteous of others, had an unwavering polite nature, and his work ethic was commendable to say the least. I only started working with him two years ago, but I quickly grew a great deal of respect for Richard. He never questioned lending a helping hand to nearby customers or coworkers in need of assistance. He also never let his personal troubles affect the people around him. I knew and met Richard thru my son, Doug Jr. Him and Richard were close friends and did a lot of things together. When I would take them places or pick and drop Richard off, he was always respectful and never caused any trouble. He will truly be missed. My deepest condolences to his mom and family.
