Rich was one of a kind touching the hearts of the Francis family with that beautiful smile which reflected his personality. It was only a few weeks ago that he drove up to the house in his beautiful black truck and brought Tom up to date on his family. Our heart goes out to Kari, Rick and Stephanie and your children and to Melanie , the love of his life. He loved sharing his family photos, was a proud dad, grandpa and and a true and loyal friend. Dawn and Tom Francis
