Not sure what to say?

Dear Karen, Doug, Mom and Dad Wilcox and to Dick's wife and children,
I don't know where to start... It feels like I've lost my big brother. My own brother called me only this morning to see if I knew about Dick's passing and if I had seen the story in last Sunday's paper about his extraordinary life. I told him I hadn't on either account. I have read the story and there was so much about Dick that I did not know, having lost track of his life over the last 20 years or so, an...

To Cheryl and Family:
My deepest sympathy to you in the recent death of Richard. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time. May the love of those around you provide you with comfort. May memories help lift the sorrow from your heart.
In deepest sympathy,
Laura Gutt

My deepest sympathies to the Wilcox family. I just learned of Dick's passing and feel like I've lost a member of my own family. I worked many years at the lab and remember how we all worked and played hard. Dick's smile and sense of humor will always be the Light that breaks through this dark cloud. The lives he touched are better for knowing him.

To Dick's loved ones,
When I learned of Dick's untimely death, I was shocked and saddened. I am so sorry for your loss -- I will keep all of you in my prayers and in my heart.

My entire family was sad beyond words with the news of Dick's passing. We had the great pleasure of his frequent stops at saybrook Pt. when we were aboard our boat there and always enjoyed the visits to the marina. We all know that all of us in the area have lost a wonderful friend.

We wish Dick's family peace and much better days. Our thoughts are with you all.

I am so saddened to hear of Dick's passing. He was bigger than life, full of adventure and the guy everyone knew was going to make the most fun of any situation. Dick, Earl, Helen, Karen and Doug all made me feel a part of the family. I feel like I've lost a brother. My deepest sympathy to his family.

To the Wilcox family,

It had been years since I last saw Mr Wilcox, I wanted to extend my deepest sympathies and condolences. My heart goes out to all of you right now, and I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely,
Karen (Kaas) McGrath

Dear Cheryl,
Our family offers condolences to you and your family. It seems like ages ago and a different lifetime but boy what fun we had. We were all part of the Bayview family and we will not forget that time in our lives.
We will keep you in our hearts and prayers.

The Norsens,
Bob, Cathie and our family

Dick and I worked together at MacDougall - he was an excellent teacher and a true humanitarian. He had a positive impact on everyone he worked with - both students and staff. A friend to all, he will surely be missed!
