Barbara, Brandon and Christopher, I just learned of Rick's passing and I am so sorry. I send my sympathys to Pearson and Oleta whom I met only once and to Barbara and family, I remember Rick with great respect as an athlete at SWSC and as a friend through those four tough years. Barbara, I remember yours and Rick's wedding and the fun we had as college friends with you and Rick living off campus in the trailer.

Barbara, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. We enjoyed the times we were together with you and Rick. I'm glad you two were able to have fun RVing and visit with a lot of your family. I count you as one of my true friends. May God Be With You!

I was so sad to hear of Rickys passing. I have wonderful memories of our visits when we were kids. My love, thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

My wife and I worked with Rick while he was Superintendent at Lexington Public Schools. He was a visionary in educational technology and in my estimation always made choices based on what was good for students and the long term finacial health of the school instead of giving in to political demands.
