I met Ricki at the WomenHeart Science and Leadership Symposium in 2009. I enjoyed the brief time that I spent with her, and I just wanted to share that I will be praying for her family during this very difficult time. Ricki and I were HeartSisters in San Francisco. We both advocated for awareness for women's heart disease. She loved her children and was a very accomplished woman. I am so sorry I didn't get the chance to know her more. My heart goes out to her family.
