Not sure what to say?

Ricky, it is hard to see your picture. Larry Don left just a year after you left us. I often wonder if the 2 of you are up there together playing music.

Ricky & I played in Jimmy Peters' band at the Texas Tradition in 1981 & '82 in Abilene along with Rabbit & PeeWee Pack & Elton (last name escapes me). I recently moved back to Texas after 28 years in Nashville & l was searching the web for Ricky so we could reconnect & this obituary came up at the top of the list. I'm so stunned & saddened to learn of his passing. He was every bit as good on guitar as Nashville's finest and there was something about his choices on guitar parts that I actually...

It saddens my heart to hear of his passing. But I know he is playing music for out Lord. He will be missed dearly here on earth.

Was saddened to hear about Ricky's passing. He was a wonderful person and will not be forgotten. Prayers for his family! RIP Ricky

My Thoughts and Heart Prayers go out to all His Family Peace !

Our prayers go out to the family..I had the privilege of playing with Ricky in Wichita Falls many years ago..What a player, rest in peace my friend..

I was so saddened by the news of Ricky's passing. He was such a caring and good person. Even with his own health problems, he called me many times to check on my brother Larry. God has his guitar player now.

Prayers for the family.
