My staff and I were so sorry to hear of Riggan's passing. During the short time that we knew him, we all thought the world of him and admired how he balanced work and family life. Sending thoughts and prayers to his loved ones. In sympathy, Dr. Ed Casper and staff

It was so sad to hear about Riggins passing, We met through work at Whiting-Turner when part of the Pryor team. I learned a lot from Riggin. We had lots of laughs and good times. My thoughts and prayers are with with Tammy and the family.

I was very saddened to hear about Riggan's sudden passing. I offer my heart felt condolences to his wife and family. He was a pleasure to know. I was fortunate to get to work with Riggan in Oklahoma. For three years visiting the site at least once a month. He was very professional in all of our dealings and strove to get the job built right. He was also great to get to know personally over lunches, nice dinners, and chats in his office. My son who also got to work with Riggan professionally...

I was deeply saddened to hear this. I can only hope the outpouring of love and sympathy can help ease the loss for your family. Tammy and family, my prayers are with you. Going to miss you buddy. Many good times over the past 20 years.

I have no words to express the hole in my heart for the loss of your husband, father, family member and my dear friend. I am lucky to have crossed paths with this incredible person and got to call him my friend. He will be missed by many.

I met Riggan at WT in New York. He was a great guy to work with and learn from. He loved his family and always talked about yall. He will be missed. Tammy and family I'm so sorry. Sending you all hugs.

I was so sorry to hear Riggans passing. He was a good friend and fellow worker for around five years. I truly hope only the best for Tammy and family .
