My condolences to her girls and their families. I worked with Rita at IT, and she was truly a friend you could depend upon. we had many good times at UofL and the one thing that stands out was her quest for excellence in all things, and her infectious laugh. Manichevets, I can't believe she is gone. RIP Rita...

I worked with Rita in our UL Information Technology Department for many years. Rita had such a wonderful sense of humor and we had many laughs together. She worked hard and was so knowledgeable of UL history, staff, and departmental procedures etc. We enjoyed hearing her delightful stories about the grandchildren. My sympathy to all of the family for your loss. We had a nice visit with her several months ago. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
