I will always remember Mt. Alberti. He was hard on the outside but gentle on the inside. He cared about his students. His lessons kept me safe through the years. He will truly be missed. class of 1969.

Mr Alberti,was my gym teacher,wrestleing coach,and a good friend.I'll always remember all his good hummer and sound advice he gave me.He will be missed.

To the Alberti Family:
Mr. Alberti was never my gym teacher, because I was on the other side with the girls. I do remember that he always had time to listen to any student who needed him. He made a great impact on my life with his positive attitude and good nature.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.

Coach Alberti was definitely ‘old school’ when it came to teaching phys ed. His emphasis on military style formations and calisthenics helped prepare me for the Army in the early 1970s (none of the drill sergeants were as tough as he was). He also always offered a strong helping hand to those needing that ‘extra’ incentive to perform (and I was very glad not to be one of those). I didn’t wrestle for him on the team, but I still remember some of the moves he taught us in gym class –...
