Not sure what to say?

He was one of the "GOOD ONES!" You never knew what to expect in his class. Never a dull moment. He actually made science fun! He and my father used to play golf together. He'll be greatly missed.

My brother and I had Bob for a teacher for two years...Science and Earth Science. He had a passion for teaching as did his wife Paula. My brother had Paula for a forth grade teacher. We later became backyard neighbors. RIP Bob...You will be missed. Prayers for the family. 1970 BRHS

I had Mr. Altizer for Science the year my father passed away. I clearly remember him being so kind to me when he learned that I had lost my dad. My condolences to his family. He was a wonderful man!

A fine man, who will be truly missed. An awesome father, husband, friend and teacher. I remember him fondly, going back to when his son and I were in day care together. He could always make me laugh. Seeing him in the halls of Boca Middle, made you smile, regardless of how you felt. The endless humor he and my father shared. The many years of friendship he gave to my parents and my family. Loved going to visit him and his loved ones, his heart and home were always warm and welcoming. We have...
