Robert Edward Arnold, 83, of Fort Wayne, IN., passed away on February 21, 2026, He was born on June 20, 1942, in Fort Wayne, IN the son of the late Paul W. and Juanita Arnold. He graduated from North Side High School in 1960. Robert retired as Assistant Vice President at Fort Wayne National Bank after 36 years. His memberships included Bethel Ministries, Allen County Police Reserve, Washington Township Volunteer Fire Department and EMS, and a member of Washington Township Advisory Board and Trustee. Robert is survived by his wife of 52 years, Susan K. Arnold of Fort Wayne, son Mark Robert Arnold , daughter, Susan Marie (Michael) Richards, favorite granddaughter, Hailey Richards all of Fort Wayne, IN; brothers, Bruce (Marcia) Arnold of Greenwood, IN; Gail (Clara) Arnold of Belle Foursche, SD; Paul (JoAnn) Arnold of Ogden Dunes, IN; and Dennis Arnold of Arlington, VA. He was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Barbara Arnold. Funeral service will be 10:00 am Friday, March 6, 2026, at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home 1320 E. Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, IN with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 3-7 pm Thursday March 5, 2026, at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home 1320 E. Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, IN. Committal and Burial at Covington Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
