LInda and Family: Robert T. was a very special person in my life. We could talk about anything, tell each other our problems and our good times. He was an amazing friend, co-worker and a caring person. He was an excellent Deputy Fire Marshal and then Fire Marshal. He loved Manchester and helped the community whenever he could. Bob was a skilled & dedicated Fire Marshal who served and led in the campaign for fire safety, fire education & the battle against arson in his community and throughout Connecticut. I worked with Bob at fire scenes, on fire education projects, and fire safety legislation. He was a true professional with love, concern and dedication for his community. Sincere condolences to his family.
