I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I appreciated his guidance and support when I worked with him for seven years at NSA, and he was instrumental in starting me on the path to my current legal career in mine safety. He was well respected by members of Congress, the executive branch, state executives, and his other peers in the mining and construction industry. My condolences to his family.
