Hello Bragg Family, all the Weilers were so sad to hear of Bob's passing. He was a "dear" to all of us. We will never forget all the wonderful memories of him at the old Supreme Transit Mix swimming pool. I especially recall a 4th of July spent with your family at the swimming pool when Bob and our dad, Jake, entertained us with jokes and pranks - do you recall a belly button "Jewel"? What good times our parents had for so many years. Bob and Donna and Jake and Louise - 2 great couples. We were blessed with great parents.
I'm so sorry that we weren't able to come to the services. Albert was just yesterday released from a long stay at the hospital with a deadly case of sepsis, which no one can determine where it came from. I was out of town in Boston traveling with my daughter who had business meetings there.
We send our love and will have those wonderful memories of the Braggs forever!

My condolences to the Bragg family. Mr. Bragg was someone who truly cared about the students he was responsible for. He could be the disciplinarian when necessary, but was also a great friend, and I'm glad that he was a part of my life during my Middle School years. Rest in peace, you will truly be missed.

I remember Bob's great sense of humor and how he was a very kind and generous man who loved the game of golf except when Mary would beat him. I appreciated the love and support he and Donna gave me during the years that I knew them. My condolences to Donna, Mary, Denny, Dr. Bragg and their families.

Dear Donna,
We were saddened to learn of Bob's Homegoing and pray you will be comforted by our Lord during the months to come. We enjoyed getting to know you and Bob at Pine Valley and will miss visiting with you. Upon reading about Bob's life Buck was pleased to realize that he knew Bob when he was at Northwood and remembers those times very fondly. Our world would be blessed to have more men like Bob.
God bless you with His peace and grace,
Buck & julie

Donna,
I am so saddened to hear of the passing of Bob. He was a wonderful administrator as well as a generous man. I always enjoyed seeing him as your "side kick" at master gardener functions. May your memories live on forever.

Mr. Bragg was a kind and caring man. He listened to everyone and made middle school a joy. Later on in life, I would see him at the Y quite frequently and we talked about his teaching days, what I was doing with my jobs, poltics, his volunteering at the food bank at his church, and little things. He was not only a Principal, but also a friend.

My mother, Marcella Bordner, worked at Shawnee while Mr. Bragg was the principal. She always spoke highly of him as a principal, boss, and person. All around, hands down, really nice gentleman. Sorry that she is not here to put this in her own words and sorry for the loss of such a genuine and generous man.

Mr. Bragg was a great inspiration. He helped make me the teacher that I am today. I loved that he dubbed us the "Mayhew Marauders"

Bob was such an amazing human being, and I am so blessed to have grown up living down the street from the Bragg family. Bob and Donna raised a wonderful family that became such a big part of my youth. He was a mentor to me, and the Braggs were like second family. I loved his sense of humor (that was second to none!), and I will miss him deeply. My sympathy along with my family, my father (Bill) and sister (Chris) goes out to Donna, Marty, Denny, Mary and thier families. You will always be in my heart and memories Bob! God Bless.

Mr Bragg was my favorite principal. He truly cared about the students and made an effort to get to know us. He always called me "Ponce" and that started from day 1 at Shawnee to the last time I saw him several years ago.
Our schools could stand to have more administrators like him.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Mr. Bragg was my first principal. When he hired me he saw something in a 22 year old that I could not even see in myself. He inspired me, he challenged me, and he molded my passion for education. He believed in the power of education, held everyone accountable, and his expectations were second to none. He never stopped caring about education, and his legacy will live on in the numerous lives he has touched over the years. My life has been blessed by having him as my leader, my mentor, and my friend.
