I just heard from a former colleague that Rob had passed away. My condolences to his family and friends. I worked with Rob for several years and he literally taught me everything I know about intraoperative TEE, for which I´m forever grateful. Thank you, Rob and rest in peace. He was a good man taken from us too soon.

I am happy I had the opportunity of seeing Rob when he was in Raleigh for his last visit with Duke. My sincere condolences to his family and to Anna and Wendy who assisted in his care during treatment I will always remember his strong, positive attitude and beautiful smile.

You left the Track too soon my Brother. We had more laps to go. The Shop will not be the same without you. I could not of asked for a more loyal friend. You will be missed by many. RIP

Lynn I know your heart has been shattered yet again Rob fought a valiant fight which in the end he won!! I pray that the peace of the Lord will be with you and the entire family.
