Thank you so much for the lovely messages. My dad was truly dedicated to his patients' care. We miss him terribly but delight in knowing how much good he did.

Our family will be forever grateful for the time Dr. Burd spent researching where the best possible treatment was at that time for treating our son Jeffrey Keith; diagnosed with Osteogenic Sarcoma.

His research led us to Boston Children's Hospital for Chemotherapy followed by visit's back in Fairfield for further treatment in Dr. Burd's office.

Remembered always for his personal concern dedication and professional care.

We extend our deepest sympathy to his family .

Dr Bob Burd was a special man who was a perfect example of what a physician should be. Most importantly, he truly cared for all his patients and never left their side. Brilliant in his knowledge base, he also cared about the whole person. He was a man for others and he will be missed.
