I worked for Bob at Dictaphone Corp. in the early 60's, he was a great guy, fun to work with, and we had many laughs together. Sorry for your loss, I'm sure he will be missed. Ron

Sheila, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your Dad. May the memories of your dad give you peace and comfort. XO

Bob and I ran the Southern Connecticut chapter #54 of Plant Engineer's, there were 30 of us throughout the 1980s and met once a month at the old Testo's on Madison Ave. Our greatest accomplishment together was putting together two bus loads {Peter Pan} of fellow engineer's to tour behind the scenes of the World Trade Center towers and arranged dinner for 60 afterwards. Bob took care of the money I took care of the arrangements. We were a great team. Bob and I shared many a laugh together, he...

Your dad was so intelligent, witty and kind. He will be sorely missed. Marty was so lucky to grow up in your neighborhood with you and your family near by. Sending loving and peaceful thoughts your way. xxoo

My dearest Uncle Bob. You will be forever in my heart. You led an exemplary life. I remember years ago spending nights at your house with Auntie and you always treated us to a $.10 bag of penny candy at Jimmy´s. I do recall being at one of your rocket launches and many of backyard cookouts. I share your love of Jeopardy and NY times crosswords. Thanks for being so excited to talk with me about our river trip to Germany last year. It was so great to hear how much joy it brought you that I...

A wonderful friend from childhood of my late father James Dingsdale. I met Bob when I was a small boy and have never lost that warm caring impression that he left with me. Privilege to have known him and also to know his family. Rest in peace Bob but live on in the loving memory of those whose lives you so graciously touched. Chris Dingsdale.

My deepest condolences to your families and friends. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Fondly, Matt Witchell
