My sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Edwin Dade. Although it has been many years since I had seen Edwin, I was saddened to learn of his sudden passing and the impact it has on his family. I, too, was one who grew up in Hidden Valley in Lafayette in the early 1950's and the Dade family were special friends. John was my age, Edwin a year older, and Margaret younger. I knew their mother, Kitty, well and their special aunt, Margie, as well as both of their step fathers. Hidden...

Though I had not seen Edwin in many years, I have happy memories of growing up on Hidden Valley Road with Edwin, John and Margaret (Margo).

Our wishes for his family are for peace and comfort in dealing with their devastating loss.

I was so sorry to hear of Ed's untimely passing. I spoke to him briefly last Friday. We had a good working relationship and we will miss him. Our condolences to Margaret and the entire family. Sandy Corby and the rest of us at the Fraga Insurance Agency.
