Robert Ditter

Bob and I just learned of Bob's passing. We so enjoyed knowing Bob and Doris. Bob was always so friendly with a great sense of humor and such a good witness to the Catholic faith. Prayers go out to Doris and the rest of the family. Eternal rest grant unto him., Oh Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen

Mr. Ditter was a devoted Adoration Chapel adorer in our parish (Sacred Heart, Gervais). He will be missed.

Bob and his wife would come in and purchase gardening supplies from us, Grower's Nursery Supply just down the road from his house. He was a chatter and we will miss him coming in.

Bob and I use to run around in Salem in the early 70's. we went to drive ins and cruised the gutt.
He was one of the nicest men I ever knew.
He will be missed by many.

Bob and my dad have been very good friends for many years. He was a fun person and always very kind to me and my family. We send warm wishes to Doris and the rest of his extended family.

I met Bob when we used to cruise the gutt on Portland Road in Salem. You had Lindy's Drive Inn, The Jumbo, and Bob's hamburgers, those were the days. I always thought that Bob was a good guy. My sincerest condolences to the family. Rest in peace my friend.
