Not sure what to say?

We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Buckwheat. He was one of our dad's dearest friends. Maurice, known as Chip and Robert, known as Buckwheat, spent many wonderful years working in the Woodsboro Post Office. As colleagues, Chip enjoyed Buck's great sense of humor and all of his many interesting stories. Buckwheat will always have a special place in our hearts. Love, the Murray "Kids" Pam, Peggy, Dick and Bill

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always. So sorry for your loss.

I'll really miss talking to him when he went out to get the mail or was mowing the grass (twice a week in the spring). Have one for me best pal.

Dear Steve & Maryann and family, you have my sincere condolences. I know you have many good memories of Buckwheat, as he was quite a character. What a blessing to have so many years with him. Growing up, I heard lots of amusing stories that involved him, from my Uncle Charles Henry (& Aunt Betty) from the many years they were neighbors & all held key positions in Woodsboro. May they all rest in peace. Blessings.

Bonnie, Susan and Steve, what a wonderful person Buckwheat was. He always had something funny to say and without fail picked on me every time I went into the post office but to be trueful that carried on throughout my growing up. I can honestly say I have known him my entire life and it has been a true pleasure. My prayers are with you Bonnie, Susan and Steve and your families. Tammy Eyler Weinrich
