Bob,

The time we had with you was short, but the impact you made on us with last a lifetime. I've never worked with someone that had a bigger heart. The warmth and love you shared for our team was reminiscent of a fatherly figure. You're constant positivity and ability to motivate those around you was truly inspirational. It was an honor to work with you these past 4 years.

Thank you for your guidance, sincerity and most of all your friendship.

I've been where you are too many times. Having family and other loved ones sharing great memories help. My heart goes out to you all. I miss Robert and I never even met him.

It is hard to believe you left. It was always a pleasure to meet you and I really liked our conversations. I can remember still exactly our first personal contact when I picked you up at the hotel in Cologne, giving you a drive to the Headquarters. Seems like it was yesterday.

I interviewed Bob in 2015 in Detroit and was struck by his energy, motivation and his ideas how to drive business. Few weeks later he was on board. We not always had the same opinion regarding business but this is also what I expected from him. I have highly respect for what he has achieved. He was great with clients, had a great sense how to drive sales and to lead the team. Beside that I highly enjoyed each discussion with him and listening to his opinion.
