Not sure what to say?

He was a great person. I met him while exploring businesses related to the oil industry. I have great respect for him as a friend and negotiator I just found out about his passing it hurt me a lot. May the great Bob rest in peace.

I am devastated to hear of Bob´s passing - he so kindly proposed me to the Explorers Club- a dear friend as we explored business together - as he supported me more than anyone through my own cancer battle. I kept positive thanks to people like Bob, the very few kind men. I am recovering Bob I had called and messaged several times over past two months as I had worried when he did not respond the last time speaking to him from hospital. He was brave as always shielding us from his illness....

Bob was a great friend to David Korten and myself (Fran Korten). He was a fan of Dave's book When Corporations Rule the World, visited us in our New York apartment and also our home when we moved to Bainbridge Island. He was a generous supporter of YES! Magazine when I (Fran) was the Executive Director. We always had a great time together.

Years ago in Corpus Christi, when we were very young, Bobby was truly a good friend to count on when I needed encouragement and a laugh. I send Joyce, his family and his friends a ton of well wishes during this time of loss. Gayle DeGeurin Houston,Tx

Such a kind hearted man who would do anything for family and friends. Many memories spent as a teenager swimming in Bobs pool, having suppers with him and Joyce. Most recently (July 2023-September 2023) Bob opened his house in Shelburne Nova Scotia to my family in a time of need. You will be truly missed. My heartfelt condolences to Joyce and the entire family.

I remain moved by Bob´s kindness to me and our quiet enriching conversations. I shall miss him dearly.

50 years ago next month Bob was my best man. I will always remember his encouragement and enthusiasm. We shared many adventures on and off the rugby pitch. My heartfelt condolences to Joyce and the entire family.

Bob was a great friend of many years. I shall miss him very much. Faye S. Van Buren

Enjoyed my time with you and Rugby and what a pleasure. You´re the greatest babe!
