Robert Feder family , I´m so sorry to hear Bob pass. He was a great carrier; on Jerry rd naubac ave East Hartford; we always talk about what happenings in post office; I was a clerk on Murphy rd & Weston st; The best carrier is his jumper Charlie´s; all the other one are terrible; Bob was a super carrier on my street. I retire 5/31/22. And love it.

To the Feder family, We were sorry to hear about Bob.Although we were unable to be there with you physically today, our hearts were with you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Fond memories at India field.

Bob was a great guy , a man of Faith and a Marine. He is a model of courage we should all aspire to. The world is a poorer place without him and I hope that his family can find solice in that his suffering is over and he is in a better place. I told Bob a while back that if I were in a foxhole I would want him with me. He quipped a quote from Earnest Hemmingway, paraphrasing ...Well if I'm in pickle give me a good Marine, hell I even take a bad Marine!

It is with a sad and heavy heart to inform you that Robert "Bob" Feder, one of our club members, passed away on May 17 at the age of sixty-eight after a long and very courageous battle with cancer. Bob enjoyed playing chess with his friends at the club. He enjoyed participating in a variety of tournaments held by the club. Bob was a man of great integrity and was always in good spirits.
