Not sure what to say?

An appropriate way to describe Bob Feltzin in one sentence is the following: To his innumerable friends, Bob Feltzin was always a true mensch. Jim Oster, April 22, 2024

I don't think that I can do better than what Sharon and I wrote at the time of Bob's passing, which I will copy below

Jim Oster

Just a few of Bob Feltzin's exemplary qualities were kindheartedness, loyalty to friends, being a marvelous parent, optimism, excellent judgment, high intelligence, and bravery. In brief, Bob was a true mench, a yiddish word meaning a person of integrity and honor. We are proud to have been his friends.

Robert was a dear friend and neighbor and together with his father and uncle helped me get my Architectural practice going asking me to design 6 model homes plans for the Cutler Bay area for their development co.
. All were built.
I'm sure he is resting in peace.

Bob will always be remembered with affection and respect by all who knew him. He had a kind heart, a wonderful sense of humor, and a deep concern for people he knew well and for those around him. He was a great builder. I still think of the day he stopped by our bouse after Hurricane Andrew to see if we were okay. He had lost his house that day but took the time to check on other people he knew. He was a unique and sweet man. He is missed.

Robert and his family were good friends and became my first clients in Cutler Bay, designing 5 model homes for their development company.
