Not sure what to say?

I had the wonderful pleasure of knowing Bob for about 10 years at the company he owned and loved. My best memory of Bob is that in the 10 years I worked for him he never made me feel like I worked 'for' him, rather I always felt that I worked 'with' him, even though he owned the company. This made me feel welcome and confident. This is a measure of a true leader.

Thanks Bob!

Dear Forcier Family,
Although I would only occasionally have the privelege work with Bob as a supplier to Flip Chip, he was always warm and gracious as the true professional he was. I am so sorry to hear of your loss and extend my deepest sympathy.
Brian

Bob had this "glow" about him, exuding a genuine enthusiasm for technology, for business, and most of all for people. This enthusiasm infected those around him including myself...during the early years of my career I had the great privilege to work with Bob at Nelco Technology. I consider Bob a mentor and a friend and mourn the loss of this true innovator and visionary who was also a warm and generous human being.

Dear Forcier Family,
I want to add my deepest sympathies. Bob was a early career mentor and an inspiration to me. His intellect was only outmatched by his deep loves. May you find solace in knowing he's left a deep indelible mark on a world of souls.

Dear Friends and Family,
My prayers are with you while grieving the loss of our friend, boss & mentor. He was truly a great friend to many and the best boss anyone could have asked for. His stories that he shared with me were amazing, he had traveled the world and loved doing it. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

To the Forcier Family, I had the honor and priviledge of working with Bob for the past 7 years. I will always remember that with Bob I never felt like I worked 'for' him, rather he always made me feel like I worked 'with' him. He ended every conversation with 'what do you need from me'. Bob will surely be missed at FCI and it will be my pleasure and honor to ensure that his legacy here is preserved.

To the Forcier family,
I extend my deepest condolences to you. I have known Bob for 28 years as one of the kindest, intelligent men on the planet. He always had time to share a great moment and put a smile on your face. The man with the many watches will be sorely missed by all that ever came in contact with him.

Steve

May everyone find comfort in the fact that Bob lived his life to the fullest. I have heard such wonderful stories about Bob and his adventures that I am sure he had no regrets. Although I will miss seeing him walk through the door at work and watching him multi-task at his treadmill-desk, please know that his memory will live on with each of us.

Forcier family,
Our deepest sympathies and prayers; Bob was truly a wonderful man. I still expect to see him walk into the office each morning, talking on his cell phone. He always had a smile and a kind word for everyone, and I will miss our little chats. Please know that Bob will forever live on in each of our memories.
