I had the wonderful pleasure of knowing Bob for about 10 years at the company he owned and loved. My best memory of Bob is that in the 10 years I worked for him he never made me feel like I worked 'for' him, rather I always felt that I worked 'with' him, even though he owned the company. This made me feel welcome and confident. This is a measure of a true leader.
Thanks Bob!

Dear Forcier Family,
Although I would only occasionally have the privelege work with Bob as a supplier to Flip Chip, he was always warm and gracious as the true professional he was. I am so sorry to hear of your loss and extend my deepest sympathy.

Bob had this "glow" about him, exuding a genuine enthusiasm for technology, for business, and most of all for people. This enthusiasm infected those around him including myself...during the early years of my career I had the great privilege to work with Bob at Nelco Technology. I consider Bob a mentor and a friend and mourn the loss of this true innovator and visionary who was also a warm and generous human being.

Dear Forcier Family,
I want to add my deepest sympathies. Bob was a early career mentor and an inspiration to me. His intellect was only outmatched by his deep loves. May you find solace in knowing he's left a deep indelible mark on a world of souls.

Dear Friends and Family,
My prayers are with you while grieving the loss of our friend, boss & mentor. He was truly a great friend to many and the best boss anyone could have asked for. His stories that he shared with me were amazing, he had traveled the world and loved doing it. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

To the Forcier Family, I had the honor and priviledge of working with Bob for the past 7 years. I will always remember that with Bob I never felt like I worked 'for' him, rather he always made me feel like I worked 'with' him. He ended every conversation with 'what do you need from me'. Bob will surely be missed at FCI and it will be my pleasure and honor to ensure that his legacy here is preserved.

May everyone find comfort in the fact that Bob lived his life to the fullest. I have heard such wonderful stories about Bob and his adventures that I am sure he had no regrets. Although I will miss seeing him walk through the door at work and watching him multi-task at his treadmill-desk, please know that his memory will live on with each of us.

Forcier family,
Our deepest sympathies and prayers; Bob was truly a wonderful man. I still expect to see him walk into the office each morning, talking on his cell phone. He always had a smile and a kind word for everyone, and I will miss our little chats. Please know that Bob will forever live on in each of our memories.

Family & Friends,
I am still grieving Bob's passing but I feel fortunate because Bob and I were friends for 20+ years. He epitomized what Ghandi said about life. "One should live life like you will die tomorrow. However, you should learn like you will live forever."
Bob and I made countless trips together around the world and I have enough memorable moments to write a great book. Let me know if you are interested.
When Bob hired me at Flipchip he said that he was going to make me rich. I now realize that he did more than that by being one of the best friends any person can have.
I already miss Bob but will never forget him. He was truly bigger than life.

He was my best friend.
He touched the heart of everyone he met -all over the world.
I cannot believe he has gone as he deserved so much in return for what he has given.
Bob will live forever in our thoughts.
Thanks for the memories.

To Family & Friends of Bob: Am very sorry for your loss. This world has lost a wonderful, caring, selfless, & loving person. I will always remember Bob. He was my Mentor back in the days when I worked at Nelco Technology. We also shopped at the same Fry's food store and would, from time to time, run into one another there. Bob never lost his wonderful smile and always had that sparkle in his eyes. I was so sad to hear the news of his passing, at a much too young age. Rest in peace Mr. Forcier. Your spirit lives on!
