Precious boy in play group decades ago. Ran into him several times after he had finished college and was working. Always enjoyed talking with him. Made me so sad to learn of his passing.

To Judge Foster, Mrs. Foster, and Tedy,

I am sincerely sorry to hear of Robbie's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this incredibly difficult time. We always think of Robbie running and laughing around the pool deck at SJCC. And of course our memories from high school. His smile and laughter always filled the room and I know that's how he'll be remembered. The entire Starling family sends our most sincerest condolences.

My heart filled sympathy is with all of you. I remember Robbie from preschool play group. He was always the joy and highlight of the session, along with Teddy. Saw Robbie last at Lakewood CVS a couple of years ago and he introduced me to his girl friend. Surprised he remembered me and I could never forget him with that beautiful boyish smile and charm!

Dear Judge and Mrs. Foster and Teddy,
I am so sorry for the the loss of Robbie. Robbie was in my first class as a teacher at Bolles and although he gave me my first gray hair, I loved that boy. He was so full of life, full of mischief and full of fun. Over the years when we would see each other he always had a big smile and a big hug waiting for me. Please know that I am thinking of you and your family at this time and send my deepest sympathy.

Bob, Sharon and Teddy, Sitting here trying to find the words is difficult. You all have been on my heart and in my prayers. Robbie was a larger than life kind of guy. He always had a big smile and a big hug wherever you encountered him. I can just picture him sitting in heaven with all the past Republican Presidents, wearing his plaid jacket and pin and giving a pitch about joining the Heavenly Republican Leaders of America Club. He will be missed by so many, but his memory will live on with us forever. RIP

My fondest memories of Robbie are when I first met him as team Mom for the tennis team he played on with my daughter. Such a ball of fire. After that, he was always so sweet to me, greeting me with a big smile and hug. He will be missed by so many. I cannot imagine your loss. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Bob, Sharon, Teddy and family,
Dennis and I are so very sadden by this news. Robbie was a great one to make me smile with a quick wit about about his dear grandmother, open to share ideas for me to have decent conversations with others at a Republican dinner I had to endure, and I valued the time he shared with me conversing about life in general. The world has lost a dear son, family member, Republican and friend. Our deepest condolences and prayers for you all.

Our family shares in your grief with the passing of sweet Robbie. He was a bright light extinguished too soon and will be missed by many. Our hearts are broken and our prayers are with you.
