Not sure what to say?

Rob was one of a kind, and the world seems a much emptier place without him. My son Charles and I saw him often at Northside Grille, and spoke with him there on November 5, as we had often done over the years. Always a good joke and a fast smile, and the heartiest of laughter. I first met him at Holton Elementary many years ago, and he had the aura of a man utterly at home in the world, and those around him sensed it, and were drawn to him. We shared, among other things, a passion for...

What a force of life Rob was! We are very saddened by his sudden departure and hold the family and everyone who cared about Rob in our prayers. Kate & Travis Hall

I was fortunate to join Scott & Stringfellow the week after Diann had Robbie, and she and I worked together for five years. We have stayed in touch over the years. I saw Rob at Bobby´s funeral and the result was he bought our home in Deltaville that he had borrowed on occasion. He and his family are a delightful foursome and I have learned to love them all. I know Diann and Bobby were proud of them. Rob was especially fond of the fishing trip he took his father on just a few years ago. I...

I've known Robbie since he was about 3. His family lived behind mine and he and my kids played in our backyard all the time. I also kept him while his parents worked. He was a wonderful, kind and loving little boy and was the same when he grew up. He will be missed so very much.

Such a profound, untimely loss. Absolutely devastating. I am so sorry for all who knew Rob. He truly was a genuinely kind, good hearted man. I will miss his presence at Northside Grille. He truly enjoyed life, always gushing about his children and how proud he was of them. SO sorry for all who have lost such a great person. Shanan Chambers

Robbie, the tributes from your family and family of friends demonstrate what a fine person you were. Gone too soon! Anne, Emma, and Joseph-May your wonderful memories bring you comfort and peace in the coming days.

Rob was one of the nicest guys I've ever met. He always had a smile on his face, even when dealing with his own issues. Rob was great at his job, but above all that, he treated his clients with a great deal of respect and kindness. So very sorry to hear of his passing.

So sorry to hear of his passing. Rob has done my insurance for many years. Prayers for his wive and children who have had back to back losses.

Anne, I am so sorry to hear of Rob's passing. Always enjoyed my time with the two of you..usually at some Genworth event or conference. Such a great guy and even more wonderful couple. Hugs and prayers to you and the children, Anne. Linda Ford (now Linda Robertson)
