Robert H. Fraser

I knew and worked with [or against?] Bob for many years, starting with when he was the MTA's representative to Wayland, [and I was chairman of the bargaining team] through his time as personnel superintendent to when he came in as the 'hired gun' attorney from Stoneman, Chandler and Miller. He was a fine and upright person [an old fashioned descriptor these days] and a skilled and noble 'adversary'. He is among the four people I know well who have been afflicted with Parkinson's Disease....
