FRIEL, Robert "Bob" Of Maynard, MA & Tuftonboro, NH, passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 4th, after a short battle with cancer. He was 84. Bob grew up in Oswego New York and graduated from SUNY Oswego in 1964. In 1968, Bob married Greta Woodward, and they raised their three children...

I met Bob at AA meetings. I've been Sober since 5-3-1986. May he Rest In Peace. My sympathies to his family + friends. He shared his experience, strength + hope with many people in his 47 years of Sobriety. Hello to Joe Lynch.

41 years ago I was introduced to Bob at Melrose Sunday night, I looked forward to our talks He and I were smokers so plenty of time shooting the breeze.
