Dearest Hagedorn Family,
We are so very, very sorry for your loss of Blaine. Our memories of him are of a very happy person with an infectious smile and eyes that gleamed. Our years in Alaska were definitely enriched by the friendship we shared together. While our paths have not crossed for several years, we hold you close to our hearts and keep you in our prayers. Although this physical distance is between us, please know that yours is a friendship that is lifelong lasting.

Dear Sue, Steve and Ben,
Mark and I send our heartfelt sympathy to you in this time of grief. We remember Blaine as a child when all our families would hike or ice skate and when your boys and our boys would all play. We are so very sorry.

Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. You have my deepest sympathy. Blaine was a fine young man and will be dearly missed. I loved spending time with Blaine, Ben and their mom, Sue so many years ago....

Please accept my most heartfelt sympathy to your family at this time. Words seem inadequate, but know you have my love and prayers.

All words are deeply inadequate at this time, but please know we are sending our heartfelt condolences to all of Blaines family and friends. I'm so grateful I had the opportunity to meet Blaine on one of his trips to Colorado. His spirit will definitely live on through those that loved him most.

Our deepest condolences to the Hagedorn family. Having the pleasure of living near Sue in Colorado, we have loved hearing stories of Blaine and his family, usually highlighting Eleanor!. We hope for healing and a lifetime of fabulous memories for all of you.
