I am the daughter of Mack Cates, the Manager of the Sears store where Robert worked for as long as I can remember. I tried to reach out to Robert before I moved away from Jacksonville in 2018, and spoke to his daughter on the phone, but I ran out of time to go visit him, which had been my intention.
