What a wonderful friend and colleague! Bobby worked with me as a paralegal at VDOT in the 1970´s and made everyday pleasant. Tripping with him and Bob Covington to far flung courthouse record rooms in the county seats of Mecklenburg, Goochland or Charles City were always interesting - and he always knew a good place to eat nearby.
