Read MoreI have precious memories of Thanksgiving dinners during the late 80's with the Heery family as they "adopted" us newly transplanted to Oregon in 1987.
Not only was Bob's singing antics and fun-loving humor contagious, but he possessed the pure and simple joy of life and family to its fullest. For that, he was most admirable and will be sorely missed by all.

Although I didn't spend a lot of time with Bob, I did enough to know that he and Rose were special people.
