Not sure what to say?

COACH HEIDER WAS MY FAVORITE COACH AT WOODWARD CLASS OF 1975.

I had Mr Heider as my PE/Health teacher at WHS; graduating in 78. He had a great personality; always telling jokes. He was a joy to be around; and made you feel special. He will be sadly missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing and working with him. May he RIP. Prayers to his family......

Sad to hear of Bob's passing. He was a good friend and teammate at BGSU.

I would like to give my condolences to the Heider family... Coach was one the very best teacher & mentor anyone could ever have. He was a big part in my success as a student & as a man. My heart goes out to you all & he will be missed. I am here for you if you need anything.

Have not seen Mr. Heider in years, but always thought about my old football coaches from time to time. Mr Heider was one of my favorites.
We lost a great guy, not only a good coach but a good friend. My prayers are with him!

My cousin Bob was a great person. I thoroughly enjoyed attending BG women’s basketball games with him. I am saddened T his passing and will miss him. We will see other again.

Mr. Heider was a former co-worker of mine at Woodward High School.
He had first hour office duty with me. He was thoughtful, kind and supportive. Even though I haven't worked with him since his retirement, I still miss his hilarious jokes that he would tell me every morning while we did roll call of the teachers together. RIP Mr. Heider.

RIH coach

My thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Heider's extended family at this difficult time. Mr. Heider was my J.V. Football coach. Always tough on his players, but honest and fair, and always motivating them to be their best. And always adding some levity to the practice field and game days. One of my favorite teachers and coaches during my time at Woodward High School, for sure. You never knew what was going to come out of his mouth. Mostly something to make you laugh! Rest in peace my good...
