Robert Heinrichs Obituary
Croton-on-Hudson - Robert (Bob) John Heinrichs, born on Sept. 5, 1937 in Yonkers, to Jean (Berardo) and Theodore, passed away on May 1, 2018. Beloved husband and father, he is survived by his devoted wife Ann (Kimball); his children, Angela (Steve) Vitoulis and Wayne Heinrichs; grandchildren, Aliana (James) and Adam (Gencina); great-grandchild, Aislynn; sister-n-law Lucille Pantelis; nieces and nephews, Peter (Brenda), Irene and Thomas (Erin); dear friends, and a caring church family.
Bob had a brilliant mind, many talents and a passion for music and art. He was a gifted pianist, piano tuner/rebuilder, with a rich baritone voice. He painted and taught art classes. Bob was a man of strong Christian faith and an advocate for mental healthcare and 12-step programs.
Funeral service will be at The Reformed Church of Cortlandtown in Montrose on Sat., May 5 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to American Diabetes Association.
