Not sure what to say?

I was deeply saddened to hear of Bob's passing. He was very influential in my decision to become an educator. As his student and player, I witnessed firsthand his love for teaching and coaching. Thanks, Coach Herber, for making a difference in my life!

Mr. herber was the best guy he was larger than life. He touched eveyones heart with deep love, everyone he talked to they wil remember him. I looked up to him not only as a principal but as a role modal i walked in his foot steps in sports and school achivements REST IN PEACE IN GODS HEAVENLY PRESENTS we love you. I pray for you and your family evey night in my daily prayers, just like you would wanted us to.

Dear Herber Family,
I had the honor of playing football for Coach at Dwenger in the mid 70's. A great man, coach, teacher, role model with a tremendous sense of humor. I smile remembering his humorous motivating stories while on one knee after practices. I am terribly saddened by his passing and extend my deepest sympanthies. We will all miss Coach.

Dear Herber family,

I was deeply saddened to learn late last week of Mr. Herber's sudden passing. He hired me in my first teaching position in 2005. He always kept the students at the front of each decision he made for the school. I so much appreciated the opportunity to work with him for the school year. I am keeping the Herber family in my thoughts and prayers.

Mr. Herber was my 8th grade teacher, back in 1969/1970. We loved him and I have vivid, fond memories of Mr. Herber and his teaching style. The school was Queen of Angels; I think we were his first teaching gig.

Dear Herber Family: I just heard of Bob's passing and wanted to send my deepest sympathy. I have such good memories of the times I spent with his sisters and him "back on the farm", when he was little. May your memories bring you much comfort.

Claudia-
One thing we knew about Bob, was that he adored you. All of us are deeply saddened by his sudden passing and feel that he touched us all. We could never imagine your grief, but know that we are thinking of you, Janelle and Breck and the grandkids. His passing is an unexpected burden to bear, even so, we are sure that he is watching over you with lots of love.

Dear Family,
I had the honor of playing for Coach at Bishop Dwenger his last season as head coach of Dwenger Mens Basketball. The lessons and principles he instilled in me help shape who I am today and have made me successfull. He helped me realize that no matter how hard it gets or when you think you have given it your all, you can still find something deep inside to "Take It To The Limit". I will always remeber Coach. Thank you all for sharing him with so many..... God Bless you all.

To the family of Mr. Herber, I was a student at heritage jr/sr high school from 1992 through 1996 and Mr. Herber was the principal there and I can't express how much guidance and nurturing he supplied to me and many others. He was superb at what he did and I thank him for most of my success today because he had a major roll in making me the man I am. Thanks for all the support Mr. Herber, you will be missed.
